FAQ – TIT STILLEDE SPORGSMAL
1) Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we ship our products to any place in the world. Q: I cannot find my country in Registration form... A: Please just send us email with information where are you from and we add your country to supported countries. A: Yes, our website is secure and runs through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the misuse or alteration of your personal information and credit card information. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that your transactions stay private and protected. Q: Is everything you are selling in brand new condition? A: Yes, all of our products are in brand new condition. Q: Do you sell lights as single items or always in pairs? A: We strive to sell at wholesale prices to give the best price to our customers. We never sell lights as single items. All lights we sell are in pairs or sets. Q: What types of payment do you accept? A: We accept: - PAYPAL (prefered) - Credit/Debit cards (through Paypal gate) - Bank wire transfer - Cash in the registered letter Q: Can I place an order over the email or phone? A: Yes, you can place the order by email without registration. Once we receive the payment on our bank account or PAYPAL account, we send the goods to your adress. Q: How long does it take you to ship out my order? A: Usually it takes about 48 hours to ship your item, which is on stock. When we do not have your item on stock, we ship the goods within 3-5 days. Q: What do I do if I would like to cancel my order? A: If you ordered from SUPERSKODA.com, please notify us before we ship out your merchandise. Once we ship out your item, you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee to cancel your order. Shipping/handling fee is not refundable. Q: This part looks like it will fit my car. Will it? A: Even though some parts may look identical to others, we can only guarantee the proper fitting for the models and years specified by us. We suggest you to check with your dealer to ensure they are the same parts. You can always visit our website at www.SUPERSKODA.com to look for accessories for your model and we should have the similar parts that you want. Q: How do I check the status of my order? A: If you are a member of SUPERSKODA.com, you can sign in to your account and check the -Orders review-. However, if you believe we received your payment and we haven't shipped out your item yet, please contact us to discuss the reasons for the delay, and remember to have ready your order number. Q: Can you ship to a different address other than the billing address? A: We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card or the Paypal confirmed address. No Exceptions. If you haven't updated the billing address of your credit card, you can send us a money order or personal check and provide us with the new shipping address, or you can wait until your account has been updated which may take several business days. Q: I received tuning bumper/spoiler/side skirts and it doesn´t fit ! A: All parts MUST be pre-fitted and installed by proffesional tuning shop/garage. We do our best to make our products to be the most suitable to each model of Skoda,but it´s still handmade work. Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do? A: Please contact us and provide us with some pictures of the damage. The merchandise had been damaged during shipment. In that case, you have to file a claim with the shipping carrier/Post office to solve this and receive refund from them. Q: Are Shipping costs refundable, if I´m not satisfied with the parts? NO, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE. |
