A: Usually it takes about 48 hours to ship your item, which is on stock. When we do not have your item on stock, we ship the goods within 3-5 days.
A: If you ordered from SUPERSKODA.com, please notify us before we ship out your merchandise. Once we ship out your item, you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee to cancel your order. Shipping/handling fee is not refundable.
A: Even though some parts may look identical to others, we can only guarantee the proper fitting for the models and years specified by us. We suggest you to check with your dealer to ensure they are the same parts. A: If you are a member of SUPERSKODA.com, you can sign in to your account and check the -Orders review-. However, if you believe we received your payment and we haven't shipped out your item yet, please contact us to discuss the reasons for the delay, and remember to have ready your order number.
A: We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card or the Paypal confirmed address. No Exceptions. If you haven't updated the billing address of your credit card, you can send us a money order or personal check and provide us with the new shipping address, or you can wait until your account has been updated which may take several business days.
A: All parts MUST be pre-fitted and installed by proffesional tuning shop/garage. We do our best to make our products to be the most suitable to each model of Skoda,but it´s still handmade work.
A: Please contact us and provide us with some pictures of the damage. The merchandise had been damaged during shipment. In that case, you have to file a claim with the shipping carrier/Post office to solve this and receive refund from them.
